Bank of America STRONG BUY (15.06.2009)
The VATAS-Team, grades Bank of America (ISIN US0605051046/ WKN 858388 / NASDAQ symbol: BAC) shares as STRONG BUY. The expected long-term target rate is USD 27.00-30.00. In the short term the previous high from the start of May 2009 of USD 15.07 should be reached. Ongoing purchase pressure will allow the price to rise in the medium-term to USD 18.00-19.00. If on the other hand the share falls significantly under USD 10.58, caution is initially recommended for long positions. There could be a downward correction to USD 9.27 and even below that to around USD 8.00. Dendreon Corporation STRONG BUY (30.04.2009)
The VATAS-Team still grades the Dendreon Corporation (ISIN US24823Q1076/ WKN 615606 / NASDAQ symbol: DNDN) shares as STRONG BUY and confirms the previously published target rate of at least USD 20.00. On Tuesday the pharmaceutical group's share was still at EUR 16.07 but made massive losses during the trading day, falling to a low of EUR 6.00. Investors had expected Provengem, the drug for prostrate cancer developed by Dendreon, not to meet expectations. But after the end of trading came the sensation. Dendreon was expecting better trial results than those already announced. In after-market trading shares rose to EUR 20.00. At this point VATAS would like to draw customers' attention further and look forward. Firstly, Provenge will come to market in 2010. Secondly, we and other analysts expect revenues of around USD 1.5 billion by 2015, which makes a target rate of EUR 20.00 more than justified. And thirdly, as a result of the income Dendreon will receive the necessary financial inflows to expand its research and therefore its range of products. A Dendreon drug to treat breast cancer is within their grasp and this opens up another market worth USD 6 billion. Our conclusion: if Dendreon can continue its existing, successful path then all of our calculations lead us to a target rate of around USD 360 (or more) within 6-7 years. The VATAS-Team still grades the Dendreon Corporation (NASDAQ symbol: DNDN) shares as STRONG BUY and confirms the previously published target rate of at least USD 20.00. VATAS: "Within the next few months signs are good that the anti-cancer drug produced by Dendreon Corporation will end the trial period with positive results, which could lead to a quadrupling of the current price."
